The QanBa Q4-RAF

Is a quality arcade fight stick that uses top of the range Sanwa parts (except for the start button) and is compatible out of the box with Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 & PC. hmmmm looks kind of cheap, like that new SFxT stick, too much plastic , would have to test it out before i'd even consider buying that.

Looks just like the Hori's so not sure what you going on about. Sanwa parts, multiplatform, headset jack. More than what you get with most over priced sticks.

The plexi glass on the top, does it even come off? looks like its stuck on their real good. same reason i don't like SFxT, looks like one big lump plastic, not even sure if you can mod it.

It's a good looking stick Hori V3SA layout which i like and full sanwa.

The plexi does come off, if you order the stick you get a choice of gifts on one of them being a plexi glass cover for this stick. The description also says it's an easy to mod stick. This is basically a TE stick for a lot less of the price.

other gifts you can choose are the 8-way stick, or a choice of 4 different color sanwa bat tops.

Yup and the stick comes with earphones as well and I think they might have a mic as well. That will probably be used more for LIVE than PSN.
