Orange is the New Black S2 - great rewatch. One of the best endings to a TV season ever. Wrapping up of story arc, demise of baddie and the use of (Don’t Fear) The Reaper.

Picard season 2
How can you screw up a season that has Q & the Borg Queen?
By having a bunch of flashbacks to Picard's childhood & time traveling to the present.
The last episode was good at least, if a bit sad

1883 - jaysis was this bleak. Hardly anyone survives. Good, could have cut two episodes though.

Picard season 3

Talk about redeeming yourself after the last season!!
& after the events in season 3, it looks like season 2 never happened?
Which is a good thing lol
They got the whole bridge crew back from the TNG series! Plus some extra surprises!!
Also looks like this series will have a spinoff maybe.

1923 S1 - wow this was mostly[censored] but setup an interesting S2. Out of Africa Mills and Boon with cartoon leopards the size of horses.

Resort S1 - great little crime mystery comedy.

Justified:City Primeval - great spin off of the truly epic Justified series. Marshall Givens in Chicago. Great baddie. Ties back into the main series with the epilogue

Sunderland til I Die S3 - surprise season 3 four years later. Only three episodes. Captures the teams return to teh Championship but also the passing of two prominent people from season 1/2. Truly great send off at the end for the one. Timely reminder to what is really important.

Victoria Secret - decent documentary on rise and fall of the company. Honestly thought they gone out of busines a long time ago. Epstein and other scumbags involvement highlighted.

Masters of The Air - A little too squeaky clean and the acting falls incredibly flat. Outside of the battel scenes, so far, a poor follow up to Band of Brothers. Three episodes in I don't even know what some of the airmen's names are, whereas with Band, by the end of the first episode you knew who was who. But the acting really makes it grate, especially that Elvis wannabe guy. . .

Shameless S1 - rewatch, watched up to S6 before. Amazon has all 11 seasons. Still great.

The Brothers Sun - decent watch, Michelle Yeoh steals every scene she is in. Could have done with more fighting. Golf driving range fight was terrific. Martial Club Bros the fight choreographers from Everything Everywhere all at Once are involved and also appear as two of the Long Brothers. Just when you think an epic fight scene is in place you get an Indiana Jones moment.

Sand Job - penumtimate Grand Tour episode. OK, long running joke about scripted event. The guys have mellowed with age.

Essex County - quite good but hard to actually describe why. Based on Jeff Lemire's comic.

Trese S1 - damn good Filipino anime. Only six episodes so short and sweet. Brutally violent.

Samurai Jack season 1-5
Never watched this before, not what I was expecting.
First 4 seasons were Cartoon Network, from 2001-2004. They good but no ending for the series was done.
Then Adult Swim brought it back around 2016 for a final season.
Great season, just a bitter sweet ending for Jack.

Shameless S2 - great rewatch. Best recap sections ever, A member of the cast abuses the viewer for not watching or remembering what happened last week

Echo season 1
Some C list character from the Marvel comics gets her own show.
The first 20mins of the first episode is all you need to watch.
Theres a cool fight scene in episode 3, with some Rob Zombie music in the back round.
Kingpin is back, after being shot point blank in the face, at the end of the Hawkeye series. Also sets him up for the new Daredevil shown.

Killing It S1 - terrific dark comedy. Great use of music in credits. Showmax 2.0 has some great new NBC Peacock content (and Paramount+)

Batman Animated Series S1 (65 episodes!) - great, some I had not seen. Voice acting top notch. Didn't realise that Harley Quinn made her first appearance here, only moving to the comics years later.

Reacher S2 - great, not as good as S1 though but still great.

Shameless S3 - great rewatch.

Reacher season 2
Good, but I'm beginning to think Reacher & his friends are not good people.
Yes they kill bad guys, but sometimes they straight up murder them & show zero empathy!
& they were allowed to walk away with all that money!

^ Also tries to ignore how someone that slow and bulk hasn't been shot to[censored] already.

S1 I liked. 2 was ok, but I honestly still prefer the first Tom Cruise movie version. There you at least got a sense that he was someone highly skilled and that's why you shouldn't[censored] with him. Here it's pretty much just brute force muscleman.

Loki Season 2
Super boring, pointless, terrible.
& after the recent movies & other series, all I can says is RIP MCU

She and Her Cat: Everything Flows - you don't need to be a cat person to get a lump in your throat. Prequel to OG anime. Short but terrific (Crunchyroll).

Monarch Legacy of Monsters season 1
Great series.
Ties in the first Godzilla & Kong movie.
& nice cliffhanger ending!
