hey guys - preorders for Directive 8020 Deluxe Edition are expected to be filled next week Tuesday - this is due to general distribution delays.

We will notify you the moment its dispatched/ ready for collection

Hi Jaco - Please mail orders@nexushub.co.za. We wil log the issue with the supplier for direct exchange. They might just need serial numbers etc to validate its the controller sent to you and then we are allowe dto send a replacement

Sorry about that - probably the worst thing about this generation of gaming is controller drift

Good morning

The controller was delivered Monday afternoon. I maged to use and test it yesterday evening.

Unfortunately the left analog stick is experiencing drift.

I would like to exchange the controller for a new one to be delivered.

What are the next steps?

Assassin's Creed Black flag collector's editions are now live for pre-order. We are awaiting confirmation on PC edition and will advise soon

As for the pricing, it's really down to limited availability, international shipping rates due to middle east conflict and related tarrifs. Should pricing change, we will refund the difference - But this is the official SA price from Ubisoft Distribution.
