Death Stranding TGS 2019 Trailer is 49 Minutes Long
Death Stranding is set to make a huge splash at this year's Tokyo Game Show 2019, but no one expected it to be this big. According to game director Hideo Kojima, the footage we will see at TGS 2019 of the game will be a staggering 49 minutes long, edited by none other than Kojima himself. The prolific game creator confirmed this via his Twitter account.

Kojima tweeted an image of his editing set-up, mentioning that the new Death Stranding footage will be 49 minutes long, and shown off tomorrow at TGS 2019. For some reason, there's a Terminator in the shot as well, but we hardly question anything that Kojima puts out these days (he recently declared that he wants to become a crab).

This puts it a minute ahead of CD Projekt Red's famous first extensive gameplay of Cyberpunk 2077 which released last year, coming in at 48 minutes. Kojima promises that more gameplay will be shown, and we assume more story details about the world and its characters as well, similar to what was shown at Gamescom Opening Night Live. There's still a few characters we have yet to explore, so we're eager to see how everything (hopefully) ties together.
