Ok!! Lets post our fav teams we've used in the pokemon games here:

I'll start:

Tyrannitar: Rock/dark type. A beast of a pokemon. Takes a long time to train but very much worth it!

Lucario: Fighting/Steel. Really fast. Solid defense and learns some great moves.

Arcanine: Fire. Classic original generation pokemon. High special attack and extremespeed makes him deadly

Frosslass: Ghost/ice type. Nice special stats, give it shadow ball/ ice beam/ sheer cold and hail storm (hail increases her evasion)

Serperior: grass. Great speed, balanced stats.

Blastoise: Water: alltime fav starter. A real tank of a pokemon.

And thats one of my fav teams.

I like the look of your team as well. Arcanine will always be a favourite of mine. And Serperior is an awesome addition, one of my favourite of the current generation.

its "ok" sofar.. really need to tweek their movesets though..
might take out Archeops....but I'm not sure what to replace it with... a sturdy tank would be nice but I have no idea what to try... any suggestions?

Def keeping Scizor. Thing is a monster with its physical attacks.

Playing Pokémon White at the moment. I'm on my way to the last Gym at the moment, so I haven't gotten the opportunity to send over some of my Poémon from SoulSilver yet.

This is my team at the moment. So far I've been breezing through the Gyms with ease


Samurott - I always choose the water starter so I chose Oshawott. Not disappointed in the least He's my go to guy for strong attacks to knock out what the rest of my team can't. Samurott has a good balance when it comes to offense/defense in my opinion, so that's why I actually let him have a sometimes risky move like Revenge (a fighting type move), which kinda requires your Pokémon to be able to take a hit. All in all I'm happy that I chose Samurott to be in my team, as honestly most of the other water types in Generation V are a bit 'meh'


Reuniclus - It was between him and Musharna, and even though Musharna's defense is better, Reuniclus just looks awesome And it's moveset is varies from the typical Psychic in the team, which makes him a bit more useful other than a Poison/Fighting type killer


Archeops - Not really feeling this one to be quite honest A bit too weak to use as a sweeper, not enough resistance to use as a tank... The only things that make my Archeops useful in the team is it's various types of moves it has (Dragon/Rock/Flying) Honestly I only chose Archen because it's based on one of my favorite Dinosaurs


Scolipede - One of my favorite Pokémon at the moment I chose Scolipede purely for the fact that it's a monster in the card game hehe. It's surprisingly holding it's own on my team though. I've never used bug or poison Pokémon for this long, so it's a whole new experience. It has the lowest HP of all my Pokémon, and it's type combination (Bug/Poison) does have it's drawbacks, but the fact that it's offense and moveset can handle most other types (even his weaknesses) in one fell swoop makes him a powerhouse for a team mate


Zebstrika - Had him since the start, in my opinion a very good pure Electric type, almost like how Electabuzz is for Generation I. It can hold it's own against most other types, and a few unconventional moves thrown in makes him an excellent trump card Though, to be quite honest... I think Zekrom will be taking his place once I catch it hehehe


Lampent - Let me put this out there first; I don't like Fire types for some reason... That said, Lampent is kinda the only one I really like to use It's strong, fast, sturdy, an reliable, even for a Pokémon that isn't fully evolved yet It's type combination (Ghost/Fire) gives it such a great advantage, and, used together with a strong Electric type like Zebstrika, can make it a hardy combination
