So many things but on the tech front, I'm torn between picking up the NES and SNES classic mini-consoles for a retro run, or finding a decent force feedback racing wheel and finally playing some racing games again (a genre I've mostly ignored since the PS2 era).

@Lurch We had the NES Mini, was loads of fun. Think we should get one again

For tech, I'm so in love with The Frame TV from Samsung. Damn that thing is sexy. Other tech I'm after is a proper turntable and a pair of Bang and Oluffsen headphones... and some vinyls of course

In terms of games... definitely the new Soul Calibur.

Ok so Spar does their own brand of "American style" chocolate chip cookies and they are so much better than Chips Ahoy. Give them a try

A proper set of kitchen knives are such a good investment. But you need to get a proper whetstone as well, modern sharpeners tend to just mess your blades up

Agreed, we have a couple of really good ones at the moment that we picked up when we were in Ireland, but missing a good Santoku knife. I hate those regular sharpeners, pay a fortune and they're awful.
