The Walking Dead (Season 01 Episodes 01-03) - Borrowed the 1st Season DVD from Bat-Pool Now I'm not a fan of Zombie stuff... it's just not my thing. But his show is quite nice It does have a somewhat different take on the whole Zombie apocalypse fad (especially the 1st episode) which I like

Was quite surprised & happy to see Michael Rooker (better known to me as Brandi's the evil dad from Mallrats ) I like how he usually plays an arse hehe

Being Human S1, finished it. Enjoyed the show altogether, I like the different approach that they've taken, focusing more on characters rather than the gimmick of being vampires/werewolves.
Will stick with it.

Game of Thrones, finished S1. Wow, just wow. Incredible show, incredible story. S2 can't come soon enough.
Seriously whoever isn't watching this is missing out on one of the best shows that has ever been adapted from a novel.

True Blood season 4 ep 8

Alphas S01e01 to e02. A nice show, has a bit of an X-Men vibe going. Hopefully SyFy (ugh) doesn't cancel this one as well.

@Magius I really didn't enjoy that show. Also watched the first ep, and I just thought the acting was so weak. It could've been really good, I was excited about it. It just seemed... amateur to me. I don't know. I guess I'm fussy lol

@Snow from all the reviews it gets better. I thought that they are a bit too stereotyped, look the black guy is the tank in the team, but the premise is fascinating as are the fact that no-one is a perfect hero. You have the autistic guy, the shy girl with low self-esteem, the FBI agent who seems to be overcompensating for something etc. They come across as normal people who happen to have these powers.

That's why I liked the look of it, the acting just ruined it for me...

Finished Leverage S3 last night.
People, if you want a genuinely entertaining show, look no further. It may be a bit far-fetched sometimes, but it's just so much fun to watch I can't help but recommend it in spades.

If you need proof just watch this insanely ridiculous but highly fun clip.


Doesn't it just scream 90s action scene?

My only gripe is that I fear they may have jumped the shark a bit this season. The cons they pull off and lengths at which they go to reach their goals were just a little too 'out there' to believe that they would ever work, but again, it's a show that sticks to a very specific recipe and it hasn't lost it's charm yet.

Mortal Kombat Legacy Webisodes 1-8 - Very cool, would love to have seen what they could have achieved with a full tv series.

@DG you are missing the last episode that was released at ComicCon in July. They are hoping to get another web series or even a film if the Blu-Ray release sells well.

Warehouse 13 S2 Ep6 - Love this show, I'm so glad it got a 2nd season. Almost makes up or Eureka getting cancelled.
