It seems to be their take on Team Fortress 2

It looks really good, but it feels like just another fps pvp game.
They should add a great story line for each character and make it like what Destiny should have been like.

Looks like a lot of fun. Many different character styles could be a lot of fun for what looks like a team based game.

One that cinematic would make an awesome movie, two that gameplay trailer looks awesome. Love the art style

and that is why Blizzard are still some of the most creative minds in the gaming industry today...can't say much about the game itself (Not a fan of these types of games) but with regards to aesthetics, character designs and the kick-ass cinematic trailer...all I can say is...WOW!!!

Knowing Blizzard the lore for this game is gonna be insane

Amazing that after so many years this is their new IP. But then again I never thought they would make a card game either. They have really fought well to not being branded as one type of games company. Like the RTS or MMO company. Sure they make those games well, but its not only what they are good at making.

I really wonder what Titan was meant to be if this was the PVP portion of it.

i recall reading that is was designed to be a FPS MMO where players would have jobs during certain hours of the 'game day' and then fight outside of that. maybe that was something else though

Game looks like a blast, looks like Blizzard is hitting Valve in a big way. First a DOTA alternative and now a Team Fortress one.

So it has been announced that Overwatch is coming to PS4 and X1, so happy, this was one of the few games I was hoping would come to console as I really love the character designs in this:

I was assuming that this was going to be a f2p game like TF2 is now, since it won't have single player.

There is an OverWatch beta weekend happening this now. Blizzard sent out invites but you can check if you are in too.

Blizzard says it sent emails to everyone who's been allowed in for this weekend. But with the threat of such an email being a phishing scam (who hasn't gotten a fake "your WoW account has been suspended" email or three?), there's a better way to check. Just open up the Battle.net launcher (or download it, as this is how the game is installed) and check the Overwatch tab to see if you're got an Install button. If you do, you're in. You can also check the Game Accounts section of the Battle.net website to see if your account has been flagged.
