Lots of buffsies and nerfsies in the latest patch. Looks like Rosalina is taking the biggest hit (deserved if you ask me).

I haven't tried it myself, guess I'll give it a go.

Edit: Still seems kind of unplayable to me. I think the latency from South Africa to Europe/anywhere else is mostly the problem. Playing a fighting game with that kind of latency turns it into a guessing game for me (which isn't fun).
Maybe you just ran into another African player?

nah i think my internet is just good, had quite a few matches today with no input lag

Good internet shouldn't help latency issues as far as I know (assuming high latency is involved). I wonder how the matchmaking is done.

I'd love a tl;dw version of that. I think I know most of the changes though.

AFAIK Smash (3DS) works on PVP servers...hence why if someone has crappy network coverage and the other person has awesome network coverage a bottleneck may happen where one persons game runs ok'ish and another like crap...

I've had 3 for glory matches that ran as smooth as butter, and that's probably because the other people I played against were also from 3rd world countries:P

Smash Bros belongs on the big screen and this is the best-looking, most satisfying entry to date.

+ Looks absolutely breathtaking
+ Tweaked fight engine feels immensely satisfying
+ A ridiculous number of nods and references

- Amiibo feature feels lacking
- Could have been even better without 3DS
