Those plants! and the plant cover mechanic!! looks damn good!

And did Drakes head/hair react to the water in that fight at 08:30? Was that scripted? If not that is amazing

In the NXGamer vid I posted, he noted that not only do the plants react to Drake and teh enemies (obviously seen) but that they even react to bullets, that branches below the walking area can come into contact with falling enemies, and that at one point one of the leaves in the foliage actually clings to Drake.

And the water thing, it was noted in the same video and I think confirmed that this time around, enemies can also get wet and not just Drake alone (as in the previous games). You will notice after his hair gets wet that when he dispatches the guy he was fighting that water splashes off their bodies due to the momentum of their actions.

Agreed. So many little details that really sell the whole experience. Things they obviously could not do before. ND really know how to make a game.

That jungle makes me think back to the 1st UC game I think this year I might take a financial knock on games, there's just so many good ones coming in 2015

@ Morschee, part of the reason I am so excited for Uncharted 4 is that it reminds me so much of the first game, which is still my favorite. For me, that game was the perfect mix of puzzle solving and action. Uncharted 2 looked amazing but you could see they were heading for broader appeal with a heavier focus on action, and with Uncharted 3 that was very much the case.

Part of the reason I enjoyed Uncharted Golden Abyss so much on Vita was it felt like a throwback to Uncharted One.

Regardless, I have loved all of them though and have no doubt in my mind that Uncharted 4 will be a strong contender for GOTY 2015

I dont think UC1 was any less action orientated than 2. 2 just has a stronger emphasis on set pieces.

What im loving about UC4 is how they are opening the environments more and giving the player more options to approach a situation. And the additional of the tools like the rope will only expand combat and exploration more.

Since they never revealed an initial release date this doesn't phase me at all. Would've been nice to get it this year, but waiting till next year is not a big deal.

Love the Uncharted games but won't be double dipping on this bunch but excellent for those who missed the 3 previous console titles.

Would be interesting to see what they do to the games because 60fps would be very cool.

I would probably buy the entire series and keep it for when my son is old enough to play it. It's like Mass Effect, I wish they could re-master the entire series for PS4, else I'll have to buy it on PS3 for my son, he can't go through life and NOT have played these games, that will be a total injustice to him

Mass Effect is the only trilogy I would buy again as a remaster from the previous generation.

Always had the same idea with my future children but would start them off with what I played as a kid.. so Wolfenstein, Doom, Duke 3D... the classics

But yes, Uncharted series is a must for pure pulp action
