High - Got my letter of completion from SARS yesterday after I was selected for audit.
Extra High - There has been no changes made so I have another nice bonus coming.
Low - Lady said it can take up to 60 working days for them to pay out, I've never experienced that length of time before but also never been audited before, here is hoping they pay out next week sometime so I can forget about tax until next year.

Low: stood for 25 mins in a line at ABSA to reset my online banking password. After going through the annoying verification process I ended up being told my account was frozen because their system said I didn't FICA. I asked the lady there how it was even possible for me to get a new debit card in 2017 if I hadn't submitted documents (plot twist: I sat in the f..... manager's office for almost an hour with verified docs and ID for FICA lol), she said he must not have completed the process properly. I almost rage birthed a gold bar on that floor.

Dude…I feel your pain…I went through the same issues…then the got my address all wrong, had to go back and spend another eternity to get it fix…Once the corrected the address issue, the “very highly trained and educated” client service consultant ticked the “debit review” block “accidentally” … was that another nightmare to get fixed…
Now the part about banks I don’t get…they want to implement IA everywhere and they letting staff go right left and centre, however the person on the ground don’t want to speak to a robot, they want a real person..is the banks not going to shoot themselves in the foot here as people is going back to the old ways of hiding their money under the mattress?

High - Got the new Oven, Hob and Extractor, went at a good time as well since everything we wanted was on special and in stock so saved some cash and just loaded it straight into the car without the need for delivery fees.
Extra High - Installation of appliances is happening tomorrow.
Extra Extra High - Friends new restaurant is opening soon, Saigon Suzy in Cedar Square, Snow and I are going for their trial run on Friday, can't wait to eat all their Yakitori. Nothing beats good free food
