So it's been a long time since I read a comic book, but with the new The Amazing Spider-Man #1 out I am keen to jump back in.
However I notice this is not an origin story, so what if anything should I read to make sure I'm ready for The Amazing Spider-Man #1.
Some have recommended that I start with the The Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1 or The Amazing Spider-Man Essentials Vo1 1 which I think is the same I think but not in colour, but other suggest that I don't need to go that far back.
Where do you guys think I should start?
