Just about any videogame sex scene that isn't "fade to black", and even then the implications can be terriblly acted.
By far my greatest issue how every time I cringe, realising I'm about the get the game's obligatory sex scene, I hear my wife coming up the stairs. Every damn time... even in games that had no good reason to have a sex scene in the first place.
