Awesome news! Just bought the awesome Pikachu 3DS XL version two days ago, been itching to play a new Pokemon game. The last one I played was Ruby/Sapphire.

Nah, I meant like a “main” (there’s another word for this) Pokemon game.
Also agree with Cravinho’s post 100% – especially on the HM thing. If you want me to CUT something, give me a machete.

Doubtful unfortunately. Personally I've always hoped for a real-time action/adventure pokemon game, but alas.

Looks kind of like a psychic pokemon, but I suspect normal or flying maybe since Espeon is already psychic. Perhaps Nintendo felt like being a little more daring and made it a dual-type, or perhaps they felt like being REALLY daring, and actually adding a new type, which is doubtful, but not entirely out of the question. The fact that they're hiding its type suggests that it is of a new type. Here's hoping for a light type. ;D

Wait...Dark was originally brought in to be the natural enemy of psyhic after everyone complained it was too overpowered. Just wondering what light would be weak and strong against...

Going by Pokemon's (often ridiculous) logic, I would imagine Light being effective against dark, ghost, possibly bug, possibly poison, and possibly ice. As for what light would be weak against (as in, would deal half damage to), I'd imagine grass, psychic, possibly electric, and possibly fire. Of course, like I said, Nintendo's logic for weaknesses and resistances is often incomprehensible.

Cant be grass, we already have leafeon...

lets see, which types havnt been used yet:

Steel, ground, rock, fight, flying, dragon....
The other evee designs and names made it way more obvious than this one....

lets see, the moves he uses in the vid:
First move... is that a fire move of some type? No cant be...
second move: Looks like a card version of magical leaf?
Last move with the stars is def swift.

i have no idea what moves those are other than swift. steel type sounds about right,then it would fit the name as well

btw battle sytem looks kind of awesome now

God, Newtwo looks so bad. I really hope that's a separate pokemon and not a new form, I don't want Mewtwo's awesomeness to be tainted. >_>
