Mortal Kombat 11 Teams Up With Fokof Lager - Earthrealm's Favourite Beer
After a good few rounds of decimating my enemies in Mortal Kombat, I often want to pop a cold one with the boys. However, there hasn't been a beer fitting to wear the mantle of being the Mortal Kombat beer of choice... until now.
In an unforeseen turn of events, Ed Boon has chosen to collaborate with South African-owned beer company, Fokof Lager. As Boon sits in his luxury office with what we assume is now barrels of Fokof Lager, we can humbly collect the six different cans featuring Scorpion, Sonya Blade, Jonny Cage, Sub Zero, Jade, and Raiden. These 6 characters will start appearing in stores on the 23rd of April.
There's always a catch, and this catch is the limited amount of cans that will be available. Only 1,000 cases will be available at participating stores, as well as YuppieChef. As per the press release, "The official launch of the Fokof Lager vs Mortal Kombat™ 11 gamer cans will be held at Fokof Bar in Pretoria on 9th May where these cans will also be on sale. A super fun game night is planned with the members of Fokofpolisiekar."
Not only do you get some beer with the images of our favourite fighters, but you also stand a chance to win a hamper put by Fokof Lager vs Mortal Kombat 11. In order to enter, you will need to buy a six pack (which we were all going to do anyway) and keep an eye out for more details on their social media. That's all. By simply giving in to our drinking habits, you will be one step closer to winning R9,000 worth of prizes.

Mortal Kombat 11 will launch on the April 23, 2019 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Limited Edition Fokof Lager vs Mortal Kombat 11 cans will be on sale from the 23rd of April, 2019 in selected stores.
