@DP did you play Xenoblade? The battle system takes some getting used to and I do find that the WiiU gamepad is an awkward controller especially in terms of where the DPad is located. I often hit the wrong button or scroll too far past the desired skill or art. The game also does a terrible job at teaching. Reading the e-manual is a must.
I am only now exploring NLA, do you get access to remap things to the touchscreen. That would make life easier if that was available. Other
