and they're making a new game based off of it for 3DS and Wii-U

looks good, nice design as well. Sonic running across the water looked awesome.

Knuckles is the only design I don't really like.

Ex-naughty dog devs are making this. So I'm gonna give it a fair chance.

I just really hope Tails doesn't have that derpy look on his face the whole game. Messing up Tails' design is a very hard thing to do, so I hope Sega didn't manage to do so. :>

Still gotta see the video though. Also Naughty Dog has never impressed me, this does not bode well in my opinion.

Edit: Tails doesn't look QUITE as derpy in game I guess, but there's something off that all of those designs have in common. >.>

Sonic have blue arms is one of the stupidest design choicest for this redesign.

Yeah I like all the designs except knuckles. Tails looks freaking epic but seriously Knuckles head is way to small for his body o_O That chest is freakish lol.

Game looks pretty awesome though, Iv enjoyed a lot of the recent sonic games anyway and so keen to see more on this.

I like the designs of the characters. Everyone looks quite good. Knuckles does look a bit out of proportion, but he is the brawler of the bunch, so he needs to be a bit more bulky than the rest.

Still need to watch the video, but now that I know there is dubstep in, I will just skip the video.

Crash Bandicoot might be more of a personal taste thing, but I just think Uncharted and The Last of Us are overrated and kind of lame. <:

Technically Tails doesn't actually run when moving at full speed.

Had an awesome holiday on 1999/2000 in the Drakensberg where all we did was drink, smoke and play Crash. Crash is a totally different game when you are stoned

As for UC, loved 1, thought 2 was epic, wasn't overly impressed with 3. The Last of Us is a good game mechanically and to a lesser extent thematically, but the characters just never resonated with me. I didn't like Joel's reaction at the end and I hated, hated the fact that his whole character was built around losing the two women in his life. Just lazy characterisation IMO.

Still a-bit like wtf imo, hopefully it's just on that path thing. Speed is meant to be sonics thing, if they can all suddenly run like that he becomes pretty pointless.

Sonic with out his speed is a blue hedgehog with a smart mouth lol

Well it worked out in Sonic 2/CD/3&K/Adventure/Advance, and coincidentally those were probably some of the best (if not the best) Sonic games.

Although Sonic should probably still be a bit faster than everyone else (like in Adventure), and I wouldn't be surprised if the others only move that fast when traveling with Sonic. I hope they don't move sluggishly when away from Sonic though. Personally I find that to be far more detrimental to the gameplay, judging from past Sonic games.

All the characters where fast in the older games as well though, Tails went just as fast as Sonic as did Knuckles. I don't remember playing Sonic and thinking he was any faster than the others in solo play. Even Super sonic

It's kind of the thing, I think sonic is more about speed than the actual character, no one wants to play a game like this where sonic is quick and everyone else plays like Crash Bandicoot would be no point for other characters and would probably kill multiplayer as well. Imagine if Tails couldn't keep up with sonic in sonic 2, no one would have ever co-oped that game.
