Lol! Is there something wrong with PvP? I tried about 10 times to que for PVP waited hours and have yet to see the inside of a PvP area

Yeah, not gonna lie, since this is mostly a PVE and story focused mmo, people don't really care about pvp very much and pretty much ignore it. You'll find a little pvp action in the lvl50-60 frontline 24 player pvp though.

Small patch today with some hotfixes.

I'm guessing the best gear comes from the dungeons.

Just got my thurmatauge class up to level 30 tonight. Gonna start going through the dungeon tutorials soon so I can get used to playing with that class with other folks.

Well.. there are many different ways to get really good armor. The very best is of course from the savage difficulty raids. Other than that you can get pretty good stuff from the other raids. And doing high lvl content gives you tombstones (tokens) that you can trade in for weapons and armor.

Completely forgot about tombstones.

I got 83 stones, got so happy, sprinted to the vendor, only to realise the cheapest piece of gear was 375 stones. After 3 days I finally stopped crying

Daily roullette is a great way to make tombstones. Main scenario roullette is a great 1 to do daily.

Before I forget, has anyone managed to get their PS4 controllers working on the PC version?

Holy crap! The Hard Dungeons in this game is insanely fun! I did not expect such a difference in difficulty, bosses and the overall strat. It's like brand new dungeons, and for a change, it's actually challenging. It's the 1st time since I've started playing, where I can actually see my Role come into play, my Songs finally feel like they have a purpose in this game...I'm absolutely gob smacked at how this game just gets better and better and BETTER! Best game money can buy!

Oh...and I decided to lvl a FSH, currently at lvl 30 and I must say...easy money, I made 120 000 gil in 2 days on the Market (this is all in between me doing Dungeons and LvL'ing my Bard as well, so not completely focussing just on fishing)), and that's selling low lvl stuff. I find ppl from Limsa Lominsa buy the most, seem to always sell out my stuff there before Gridania, if it can't sell in Gridania, move it to Limsa, there's like a 95% chance you will sell it. I want to try Uldah when I get a chance.

Did I mention this game is awesome! And the best value for money out there?

Just reached lvl.50 machinest. Job is starting to get really fun. Switching turrets into party tp or mp regen can be pretty handy.

Got some badass armor for my chocobo.....FURIOUS LIKE A BLAZE! lol

Fate grinding at the Moonfire Fare event is great for experience. 14 000XP per Fate and since they're happening so quickly one after the other you can get some nice levelling done.

Been doing the same thing with my machinest there.
Plus you get the tokens to spend on costumes, ect

I can't honestly say that I've seen anything worth buying from the vendor there. It took me less than an hour to get the "final" reward from the co-ordinator though.

Other than that one piece for your house, I'm not sure there's anything else to do there other than level. Or am I missing something?
