Customs had a massive backlog delay over the last two weeks - but it seems we are finally starting to see stuff released from this morning! Team will keep you posted on all product arrivals
Morning guys! PS5 Black Friday Deals are live with controllers from 1499, and the limited editions at 1599 including the new Ghost of Yotei and Astro Bot Joyful editions
Working man – same old, same old for Jason Statham. Nothing new, you sort of know what to expect.
Venom – Last Dance, must have been the weakest one in the series. Had so much opportunity and went to waste. Pity we will not see the King in Black story arch.
Into the lost lands , bit steampunk, bit dark gothic fantasy. From the pen of GRR Martin. Not a blockbuster movie, but not bad either. Enjoyable watch.
Lethal Weapon 2 Directors Cut
Good, but the first one is a bit better.
Shane Blacks original script was dropped for a new one. He wanted to kill off Riggs, but the studios wanted more sequels aka $$.
A working man - Was pretty boring and drawn out, never seen a movie where they take such a slow pace to find an abducted person, made no sense. Usually enjoy a good Statham popcorn flick but this was boring.
Monster's Ball - rewatch, hard to believe it's been 24 years. Halle Berry and Heath Ledger so young in this. Still good.
Craft Legacy - OK requel.
Inglorioius Bastards - the original Spaghetti WW2 film not QT's much better homage. It's more of a curio. Lots of German WW2 armour still around in 1978. Great little model train station gets blown up.
F Marry Kill - 'comedy' serial killer film. OK but light on any laughs.
Outrun - superb film. Set in Orkney.
The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie - OK
Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins - very meh. Decent reviews though so maybe just me. Fred Ward stars in this 80s action film.
Joker: Folie à Deux - that's one way to deal with the issue of incels co-opting your first film. I'm with QT on this, time will remember this more favourable. It's actually quite a good film.
Redemption - rewatch before it leaves Netflix. Proof that most Statham films are rubbish. Luckily he churns them out so there are enough good ones.
Killer's Game - decent film once it get's going.
Cuckoo - strange horror film. It was different that's for sure.
The Gorge – was ok, no real surprises. Would have known a bit more about the history of the Gorge and what they were really doing. That part had a bit of a Stranger Things upside down world feel to it. The Skull spiders were cool.
ASH – What a load of crap. Got about 20 minutes into the movie.
