My holiday break time kicks off today after 5
Staying in Gauteng and planning on tackling my gaming backlog as priority #1. Top of my list is finishing Rise of the Tomb Raider, Watchdogs and Dragon Age 2. Then its on to The Last Guardian and Watchdogs 2. Then I am not sure
my backlog is vast so will need to see
Of course there will be much family time as well. Will visit with my mom and my sister and her kids
Then there are few projects like my pallet garden or my worm garden or my personal website or learning guitar or finishing my dragon digital painting or the traditional paintings I have planned or one of the hundreds of other pushed aside, half started but never finished projects I have piled up
I have also got plans to check out some the local sight seeing here in GP
I know it sounds lame and dorky, but there are some places here I have never been and figure it will be healthy to out a bit and explore the real world in between exploring the virtual one
There is a Buddhist temple that is open to the public about an hour out from me. It's a apparently very beautiful so I figure it should be worth the trip. There is also Liliesleaf which is just up the road and the Apartheid museum, but will need to be in the mood for those two since they might be a bit of a downer. Then there are a few nature attractions close to my sis in Harties. I dont' like zoos or other exploitative animal parks at all but if they are sanctuaries then it might be cool. Might check out those with my sisters kiddos if they want to come a long. Also never got around to trying out a firing range yet. so this might be the month for that - very feastive I think hahaha!
If anyone has any other touristy sightseeing suggestions in the Gauteng area please let me know and I will look them up
