Help with a Deadspace Marker blueprint

Not sure if this is the correct subforum for this
I am busy with a project of making a mini "foundry" to melt down cans into aluminium for metal casting and one of the projects I want to cast is a Marker from Deadspace.
One of the easier ways of doing the cast is to bury a model of the Marker made of crafting foam in casting sand and pouring the molten metal in so the metal burns off the foam and replaces it.
what I need however is a foam "blueprint" of the marker.
Is there anyone here who could assist me with this?

I guess you could use the CAD files that Teb linked and print out blueprints of each side then sculpt the foam? This will ofc rely on your sculpting skills.
You could also maybe try using foam crafting sheets and layer each segment of the marker points - building it up one block at a time fomr the bottom up. This would probably give the best results will less skill, but will be time consuming and require that you split the blueprint into each of these sections.
