Why is it bad news that Michael Douglas will play Hank Pym? Why is it bad to get a new actor to play as Batman? Both actors are Academy Award-winners and their experience in acting has increased over the years and they are brilliant actors. Most people refer to the old movies, but that was when they were young and didn't have much experience. I will laugh at all who said it was bad choices when the movies will be awesome.

I agree with you, they both good actors, however, they do not fit the roll.
MD is a bit old for Hank Pym / Ant Man. They had actors that “fits’ the roll better. Matt Smith was one of the actors on the short list, and he would have made an awesome Hank Pym/Ant Man.

Daredevil was made in 2003, a lot of time has passed since then and now he is a really good actor. The movie was also made early in his career and he became a much better actor than he was back then. Daredevil was a decent enough movie. I think he will be able to pull this one off. Any actor would be better than Christian Bale for me. He ruined the movies for me. The way he talks sounded like he was constipated. Just my opinion though.
