The third resource is all in Japanese, but a simple rikaikun extension can help you make sense of it if you have some knoledge of grammar. The website is an etymology site meaning you can look up the origin and history of words (Japanese ones) for example. Some words have an unknown origin, so just remember that when you don't find anything. Here is the page for ありがとう (Arigatou=Thank you) http://gogen-allguide.com/a/arigatou.html to show an example
