On another note. Now that I’m done with Blood Of Dawnwalker, I need to decide what to play next. Any suggestions

@deathkid

If I can give you some advice. Don’t worry about the time limit. It means nothing in the grand scheme of things. What you can do is, check which ending you want to get and make a hard save before it. Do your ending, reload and just take your time. The timer running out means almost nothing.

Even without doing that, there’s plenty of time in the game to do what you want.

@Death - I'm sorry hear. It seems such a common awful disease for people and families to have to deal with. Like you say, supporting a cause like this - means so much to those afflicted by it.

Sonic Lost World is an upcoming action-adventure platforming game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series of video games, developed exclusively for Nintendo's Wii U and Nintendo 3DS platforms.

Looks awesome

Looks better than most of the terrible Sonic games that have been released. I heard Tails, Knuckles, and Amy were also playable, how wonderful.

Looks like what most Sonic trailers look like: awesome. But I remain sceptical until I actually see some unedited game play.

Graphics look nice and clean but don't look as detailed as Generations.

oh, as for the other playable characters you mentioned, they aren't...

Here is hoping it takes some influence from Mario Galaxy and that Nintendo oversee the development so we get another exclusive Sonic game.

Yes, I agree, that's why I said it only "looks" better than most of the terrible sonic games (not that that's saying much). :'P

So I read about the game. They have a "parkour system" which is just a fancy way of saying "You don't need to jump over obstacles anymore, the game will do it for you. JUST HOLD FORWARD AND DASHDASHDASH!!!1!1!". I mean really? Jumping should not be automated in a platforming game.
From my understanding, they have speed boost, homing attack, and boost pads, all of which I'm not exactly a fan of, and you also seem to be right about the playable characters thing. There was some info before the trailer that said they'd be playable, but oh well~ can't have those characters playable with mindless speed I guess.

The more I read about the game the more disappointed I feel. That same source that said Tails and company would be playable said that the game would be a lot more like the Genesis titles, but it couldn't have been more wrong I suppose.

Some rumors going around that the game will run at 1080p@60fps

Apparently a first for Sonic games.

The game looks really good though, has a different feel to it, here is hoping it's actually good.

Although I don't know about everyone else, maybe it's my age but I have this block about paying R500+ for a Sonic game for some reason no matter how good it is.

It seems to be focusing more on platforming than auto-speed-coasters

The Wii U version of Mario Galaxy-inspired platformer Sonic Lost World will be available in limited edition form with extra content, publisher Sega has announced.

Sonic Lost World: Deady Six Edition will include a download code for the NiGHTMARE DLC pack, which contains an extra level with Nightmaren enemies inspired by the Sega Saturn classic NiGHTS into Dreams.

I don't understand why this is getting terrible reviews, I've been playing the hell out of this on the wii-u and it's pretty much what I expected from a unique sonic title

"b'awwww, sonic isn't fast " is pretty much what i've seen in every review

I believe reviews are complaining about how his speed is not suited to the level design.

aka, they are saying the level design sucks.

I cant comment... all I know is that I played the game at TGS and left unimpressed. The fact that SEGA only had 2 booths for the game makes me assume they dont think the game will be popular in Japan.

all that really matters is that you enjoy it.

It's trying to be different, yet feel at home at the same time, there are so many different paths and hidden stuff in the levels and they call them bad, yet platformers with entire linear paths get better reviews?.
It adds a lot of new things compared to previous sonic games, the demos don't really do the whole justice for the game (usually sonic gets almost zero attention in japan these days, when I was at the 2008 tgs and unleashed/world adventure also had two booths).
sure maybe if lost worlds was made for other consoles instead of nintendo only it would have been a better game somehow

gah, I really shouldn't care what they think anyway, they just weren't paid off by sega. the reviewing industry is just one giant hostage situation
