Thought I was going to have a nice weekend of only playing games and doing nothing else. Instead I got a weekend(since Friday afternoon) of no electricity and it’s still off, for the majority of the town I live in. ????

It's on console too. The game needs to verify itself with Ubisoft's servers then you can play offline afterwards. It will lock you out of the "online" content if you aren't online afterwards. It's on the Ubisoft website too so people can't say that they didn't know this was going to happen

Ah I see thats on PC only - really crappy if their service goes offline...

These publishers really need to look at better practices for their clients and gaming services
