@Magius: Doubt it, he's even been ignoring all questions about Sony's current cencorship practices to Japanese games. Heck, since they moved HQ to California Asian devs need to submit builds in english...in california working hours, even for Aisia only games. Then pushing their own rating system on the games along with the esrb.
Meanwhile the same games on Switch get's nothing changed.

I'm on their site right now, it says "We are load shedding in stage 4" which I'm pretty sure means I'm about to get hit in just over 30 minutes but we weren't when this happened before, hence my confusion.

It depends on your area. Some areas fall directly under Eskom, others under City. Its eskom doing the shedding but since everyone channels their energy from eskom, city power has to use what they're getting and distribute accordingly, I expect.
