The Cooler Master MM831 is a hybrid mouse. Now you might be asking “What exactly does hybrid mouse even mean?”. To answer that, it means that the MM831 is able to be used in a variety of ways. First up, users can plug in the mouse and use it as a traditional USB-powered mouse. “Legacy wired mode” as Cooler Master calls it. Secondly, the mouse can be used via Bluetooth. And Thirdly, the mouse can be used via wireless 2.4Ghz technology. That’s three separate ways to use one mouse which solves multiple problems that some people may have.
Users who have the mouse plugged into their desktop using the USB cable can simply unplug it, throw it into their backpack and use it on the go with their laptop, while the mouse is in Bluetooth mode.
The entire mouse has zero flex even with a lot of pressure applied to it and feels quite heavy in your hand.
Gaming with the mouse was just as great as using it for everyday purposes such as browsing the internet or doing work.
