CES 2021 kicked off recently, and one of the highlights was Sony's press conference. While the digital showcase was mostly uneventful, they did close off the show by revealing the release windows for a few upcoming PS5 games, including Pragmata, Project Athia and Ghostwire: Tokyo. While no specific release date was given for any of these titles, it does give us a better idea of Sony's roll-out for 2021 and beyond - which may also hint at a few projects dropping earlier than expected, particularly for Square Enix. In the meantime, Sony also has a vast list of exclusives potentially ready for release in 2021.

Sony's CES 2021 Digital Press Event ended with the reveal of release windows for Bethesda and Tango Gameworks' action/horror title, Ghostwire: Tokyo; Square Enix's yet-to-be-officially-titled Project Athia; and Capcom's mysterious Pragmata, which did give us some Death Stranding vibes. Ghostwire: Tokyo will launch in October 2021, Project Athia will launch in January 2022, and Pragmata will now launch in 2023 (and not in 2021, as previously announced). With these confirmed release windows, we're expecting Square Enix to have one hell of a year with both Final Fantasy XVI and more details on Project Athia before its release.
