Why wouldn't they stock the ME Legendary Edition, that makes zero [censored] sense. I get games like Judgement , 13 Sentinels and Atelier but ME is a big triple AAA franchise .

WTH!¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We mainly focus on local as importing can come with certain restrictions too - but if w eget enough demand we import

do you have an international supplier for products local ones do not stock?

@Ghost - yeah for sure, I also only buy physical where possible. I like actually owning the product and having it in a collection. But times are changing and with direct to consumer sales, gaming retailers will mainly be for limited/ collectors editions, merch and hardware

In todays very heavy PC culture, where everything offends everybody. A lot of old movies/shows are getting censored. So if you collect physical media, then you have the original version.
Watching Scrubs on dvd, & a lot of that stuff would not fly today lol

@Tea. Thanks for the reply. I'm just disappointed, because i only buy physical copies. I hate digital. With physical copies i can take it to my friends house and i display all my games on my gaming wall. First it was Kena Bridge of Spirits and now It Takes Two. One day all gaming retailers will close down when everything is digital

Any chance you'll have stock of Judgement PS5 or KeyWe for Switch

Diverse tastes, I know

@Ghost- They actually allocate software per territory and we unfortunately are a digital only territory - we almost didn't get ME legendary edition in SA.

We are still trying to source physical but often it limited releases, which makes units hard to find

KFC Gaming Partners with Cooler Master for KFConsole: Everything You Need to Know

by Sam Aberdeen on 20 January, 2021

In one of the strangest and most bizarre twists in gaming, KFC in partnership with Cooler Master have announced the KFConsole. Yes, this is something that actually exists and will be releasing soon. Touted as having a built-in chicken warmer (which seems to be the selling point for many gamers), the console also sports some interesting power beneath its strange hood. To sum up everything we know about the KFConsole, we've decided to list all the features and points of interest ahead of the console's inevitable arrival in the known world.

According to Cooler Master, the KFConsole will be able to boast 4K gaming at stunning 240FPS. However, the main attraction is the built-in Chicken Chamber, which will use the system's natural heat and airflow to keep your chicken warm in between those tight Call of Duty matches.

The console is designed by Swedish craftsman "Timpelay" in partnership with Cooler Master, sporting a circular design with several different chambers and compartments for the tech - as well as the food.

At the heart of the machine sits an Intel Nuc 9 Extreme Compute Element housed in a custom Cooler Master NC100 chassis. But that's not all. It will also feature an interchangeable GPU slot, ensuring that the console remains relevant for many years to come and allowing gamers to tailor the console to be as powerful as they want.

Speed is the name of the game in this console generation, and the KFConsole is no slouch in this department either. It will support a PCIe NVMe that promises to be six times faster than what we have, complete with not one but two Seagate BarraCuda 1TB SSDs to boot.

Many other features include it being VR Ready, having Ray Tracing capabilities, donning 240FPS with 240Hz output, and supporting 4K displays.

Now that the KFConsole is a real thing, many gamers have taken kindly to KFC's humble entry into the gaming market. We'll just have to be patient and see how this plays out, but it looks like a new contender has entered the ring that has caught literally everyone off-guard. If you ask me, I'm just glad I can keep my Pops warm while playing Apex Legends.

There's currently no known pricing or release date for the console yet, but we've reached out to Cooler Master for more local release and pricing info. We'll provide an update as soon as we know.

I still think this is some form of gimmick. How would you keep the thing clean? Fried chicken smells good, OLD fried chicken does not. Cockroach city, man....

@TheOneMCMK - definitely just a PC and I doubt they've invested in a custom OS. That and I'm not sure UHDTVs exist that offer 4K/240Hz compatible displays (even 4/120Hz is only just becoming common) so this is designed to be plugged into a monitor..

@TheOne it’s a PC

@theOne - I know Sam has reached out to Coolermaster South Africa for more (local launch) details - so I'm sure he will update the article as we get more information

But can it run Cyberpunk?

So this is real? Like not a joke, even the part about 240FPS?
Is it a console of their own or just a glorified PC?
Tea
If i didn't see the press release myself (and double check if it was the 1st of April or not), would never have believed this is actually a real thing/ upcoming console now...:P
