@UmarB - Yeah I was very excited to see a physical edition! (kinda been holding off playing it till this release)

Next Physical I would like is Avowed - hope they release it for PS5!

Thanks fo listing Hi-Fi Rush guys, definitely wanna get a pre-order in for this. Perfect timing now that the publisher has switched from Microsoft to Krafton as well so I imagine no money will be going to MS for this lol

@Ghost, it's not a local release we need to import the stock. So with shipping and customs it takes longer.

EA is Working on Unannounced Games Based on Other Disney IP

EA has confirmed that it’s working on “a few” unannounced games based on other Disney IP apart from the upcoming Star Wars Jedi 3. However, EA didn’t share any more details about these titles yet. Many believe the publisher might’ve secured deals to work on more Marvel projects following the cancellation of its Black Panther game and the closure of developer Cliffhanger Games back in May this year.

Speaking to Variety in a recent interview, EA Entertainment head Laura Miele teased that the company had unannounced games in the works based on other Disney IP beyond Star Wars and Iron Man, though she stopped short of mentioning what they were. Miele spoke more about its upcoming slate of Disney and Marvel projects, naming Star Wars Jedi 3, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Iron Man and “a few others that haven’t been announced yet.”

Back in May, EA unceremoniously announced the closure of Cliffhanger Games and the cancellation of its single-player Black Panther game. According to reports, a majority of the staff at the studio were laid off while other employees were shifted to other divisions within EA. The promising project was announced in May 2023 – it’s biggest selling point being Cliffhanger Games’ veteran staff consisting of former developers that worked on Halo, Call of Duty and God of War.

EA is also working on a single-player Iron Man game from Star Wars Squadrons and Dead Space remake studio EA Motive. Not much is known about this project apart from a teaser image. The game was still early in pre-production in October 2023, though it’s safe to say that it’s probably deep in development at this point. Previous reports claimed that the game will also be an open-world title, though we’ll have to wait for more concrete information before we can get excited.
