Clive Burmeister is a boardgame and graphic novel enthusiast, with a taste for great comics. While not entirely up to speed on the latest gaming trends, Clive wears his old-school gaming persona on his sleeve. He still actively plays Guild Wars 2, but his roots go as far back as the original Doom, Quake 2, Command & Conquer (the good days), and Dawn of War.
The debate between Marvel or DC doesn't affect him much as he favours Image Comics (Editor Sam approves because his favourite comic book character is Spawn). However, Clive will always pick Marvel as their characters are more three-dimensional, and far more relatable.
On top of that, Clive plays an obscene amount of boardgames, claiming to have started playing Magic since the ice age. Some of his favourite board and card games include A Touch of Evil, Pandemic, Dixit, Cards Against Humanity, Epic Spell Wars of the Battle Wizards, and Betrayal at House on the Hill. He has also been role-playing since the 90's, notably for titles like Cyberpunk, Star Wars, Blades in the Dark, and Mutants & Masterminds.
Worked at The Outer Limits since 2000, and has been manager for at least 10 years. "I'm probably quite insane," says Clive.
Boardgame and graphic novel enthusiast. Marvel or DC? Image. Old-school gamer. Avid role-player. Kermit for president. I believe that werewolves will rule the world one day.
