August PlayStation Plus Lineup Includes One of 2023’s Best Games

If you haven’t played Lies of P yet, you’re in luck. Sony is adding the game to the PlayStation Plus lineup next month alongside DayZ and My Hero One’s Justice 2.

Lies of P is likely one of the best non-From Software soulslike games ever released. The game just recently got a substantial expansion in the form of its Overture DLC, which added new weapons, bosses, and story content to the game.

If you’re into survival games, DayZ is for you. This 60-player title takes place in a post-apocalyptic world littered with infected and other deadly survivors. Lastly, My Hero One’s Justice 2 is the over-the-top follow-up to the 3D arena fighter.

All three games will be available starting on 5 August on both PS5 and PS4. All three games also offer PS4 versions so you can redeem them even if you don’t have a PS5 yet.

In addition to the three games, PlayStation is also giving subscribers exclusive game avatars to celebrate the service’s 15th anniversary. Avatars include the likes of Cyberpunk 2077, Diablo IV, God of War, and others. What they look like has not been revealed yet.
