Yip. Might get accomodation out of it to.
It's still very much in the pipeline, but then idea of just dropping everything and getting TF out is so appealing. Just go get a new start. New challenges, new scenery... just flip of the country out the plane window
@Teb $4000 is probably a lot for the Ugandan Cost of Living, but to bring back here or take to another country is another question. Even if they pay for accommodation for you it might not really be worth it for the short term. Also make sure you understand their tax regime and ours as you still have to file tax returns in SA unless you emigrate and the rules to be tax exempt in SA require that you pay taxes in the country you are in and that you stay out of SA for a specified number of days in a year (169 IIRC) in total with a continuous sub-total.
At a stage I was looking at a position in Saudi Arabia, the money was phenomenal as in buy a house in Sandton within a year for cash phenomenal. But the fact that my wife would not be able to work over there and just the cultural clashes that could result made it too unappealing. YOu really have to not be blinded by the cash.
I know a guys who went to work on a plantation in Africa after article. Cash was great, but being stuck in the middle of nowhere with no entertainment nearby and other amenities, like cheap broadband, made it very difficult.
There was a place in Edenvale on that main road opposite the Civic Centre, diagonally from where ZedBees was on van Riebeck. Otherwise maybe look online, think second hand systems are quite cheap these days.
On another note, just download PCSX2 and play your games on PC
How often do you google/youtube an answer instead of just asking?
I'm old enough to remember a world without Google, so I still ask people stuff. Slowly getting into the habit of asking "the world" for advice, and boy has it saved me time and money.
Do you Google or People?
Yeah I Google first, I like to get a whole lot of different perspectives without having to ask 10 different people. Plus sometimes the advice I'm looking for is for a private matter, so don't exactly want to go talking to everyone about it.
Of course, there are instances when a close friend's advice is more valuable as they obviously know you and your situation better than strangers on the Internet, so there's that to consider as well.
Anybody got any recommendations for a decent Mobile game (Android)
Must NOT be pay to win (A couple ads are ok I guess
I don't mind paying for a quality game, as long as it's once of
Want to have 1 or 2 decent games as I seem to have a lot of 30 minute breaks these days with nothing to do
I have been playing this game for over three years. Online strategy game, reminds me a lot of Heroes of Might and Magic, mixed in with Sid Meyer’s Civilizations.
Not a pay to win game, yes you can buy Gems to improve and speed up, but it is not a requirement. In addition, you do not get bombed with adds, in fact, the game do not feature any adds at all.
The game has a unique mechanism whereby the game worlds re-set every 90 days, you do not get that over the top uber player that bullies everyone. If you start when the world starts, you have a good chance to do get a high ranking.
I am playing two worlds currently, one world on 6 days and I am ranked 251 of 1989 players and the second word is on 21 days and I am ranked 301 of 2301 players.
The game don’t really require a lot of time to play, I spend about an hour at night playing and in mornings and during the day I just do my building updates and cook troops.
Started two days ago, interesting concept, lots of puzzle solving and crafting.
Offline game, no leaderboard or adds. Do have a store you can buy stuff, however don’t looks like you really need the stuff.
