As much as I loved the Civil War arc, I'm not sure that they will be able to pull it off in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, since there are so few established heroes to work with.
That, and there can be no Civil War without Spider-Man. Disney and Sony better come to an agreement soon...
I think if an agreement is ever finalized we won't find out about it until at least a teaser trailer is out. Unless it gets leaked that is.
Still, wouldn't hold my breath.
