@Xirious - all the PS5 registered clients that opted to stay on the list will have an option to confirm their order for allocation. We have been told its a larger allocation as well so we expect to fill all remaining registrations (that received that SMS) in allocation 2
Any news on round 2 of the PS5 preorder?
I got the sms telling me I've been assigned as part of the second round, I replied YES and no response since. Also the SMS isn't clear if I'd be offered a chance to preorder separately or it would just be a mad dash with everyone at the same time to get a preorder in.
@phreak - I think you're not the only one with!-If the news coming from Aus/NZ and Europe is true - lot's of people are going for the more expensive Series X or PS5 blu-ray first which surprised me. I started shifting to digital at the beginning of this gen so when I can get a PS5, it'll be the all-digital one for sure.
Resident Evil 3 - Busy running through the game again quickly to do the under 2 hour challenge and get an S rank, just completed the hospital so almost at the end now, now saves yet. Want to go get the unlimited rocket launcher and go have some fun.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection
On Saturday I started playing Uncharted 4 again, only to find out that my girlfriend has not played the first three Uncharted titles. So we are correcting that and have started playing through all 3 of the previous Uncharted titles.
We are currently at about the half way point in Uncarted: Drake's Fortune and reckon that we may be able to finish it by the end of the day.
Wrapping up the collectibles and extra stuff in each mission before heading to the end of the game. The game is fun, but does not hold a candle to Doom (2016.)
Resident Evil 3: Remake
On my second playthrough and still loving every single second, Don't know if I will go for 100% completion (because I am not much of a speedrunner) but the temptation is there.
@deathgigas - you've just reminded me of the other reason I struggle to go back from the Dualshock 4 (and I've still got a Resistance and Killzone trilogy replay in mind). Sony just needs to accept triggers and asymmetrical analog sticks are the right thing to do.
Resident Evil 3 Remake
Great looking game!
Just got to the sewers, damn those spiders before that!!
Taking it real slow, except when Nemesis shows up! Then its cr@p your pants & run time!!! Hes no slouch like the Tyrant from the last game! Dodge! Dodge! Dodge!
Don't forget the old double tap! After you've put a zombie down, put another one in its head, so it doesn't get up again. Otherwise then you return to that area/room later, that same zombie will be back. Plenty ammo so far, also got the shotgun.
I have started and stopped replaying this trilogy so many times now but finally in the mood. While I love TR: Anniversary for the nostalgic value, Legends was a great reboot for the character, though clearly not enough to stop them from quickly going back to conventional locations and rebooting the series again.
hellblade senua's sacrifice- jeez this game man!!! its must be one of the only games that has left me shivering head to toe with fear! i had to stop last night as it was just to hard to carry on. The story is very disturbing, absolutely brilliant though and i can see why its won awards. will try again tonight, maybe .. lol
Of the first Crystal Dynamics reboot, this is the game I have the least memories of, and a few hours in, I can see why. The settings are fantastic, the game looks better than ever, and there's still plenty of time spent puzzling or traversing hazardous ruins, however, they messed with traversal and combat. Lara now moves at 2x speed but animations don't blend together for[censored], while that janky sense of movement is paired with dull combat that has just become tedious, with bullet-sponge enemies regardless of difficulty and a simple weapon-select option that removes the thrill of hunting for hidden guns and stockpiling ammo for bosses.
Gonna push on to see the story to the end, but it's a shame some of these aspects were never patched.
