Heck, Yoko Taro will be doing the main writing for a FF14 Nier themed 24 person raid series called Yorha: Dark Apocalypse. Yoshida says he's never in his life seen so many requests for a crossover in his life with people asking for Automata gear in FF14.
So he decided to make it a raid tier instead of just a 1 off event where you can get a costume.

Yoko Taro:" I Think Yoshida has lost his dam mind...does he want to kill FF14?" lol!

@tea: Yeah, people give it a lot of flak, but I love it.

Also, what a coincidence. FF14 get's a Gunblade class and the new 8 person raid series is called EDEN. And the sneak peak pretty much confirms it's based on the FF8 hidden super summon EDEN.

And now the FF8 remaster is announced. Just a coincidence...I'm sure, lol
